Documentation Requirements – Please read carefully
Agents who are non-U.S. citizens should contact their consulate to obtain all
necessary rules and regulation information for travel documentation prior to
travel. U.S. citizens require a government issued photo identification to
travel within the 48 contiguous states.
For all other destinations, please consult the following website for travel
entry requirements, costs, and procedures for securing these documents. If you
do not have Internet Access, please contact GTI and information on travel
documentation requirements will be mailed to you.
http://travel.state.gov/
Failure to secure proper
and valid documentation will result in denied boarding, denied entry, trip
cancellation penalties, and potentially the loss of your total travel
investment. GTI recommends that you secure required travel documentation before
making payment on your trip plans. The time to process travel documents may be
lengthy so early planning is highly recommended especially during peak travel
and holiday seasons. Non U.S. passport holders are also required to secure
proper documentation which may greatly differ from U.S. passport holder
requirements.
Upon receiving this document, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to
secure proper documents, visas, inoculations, and entry requirements for the
countries you will visit.

International
Travel Reminders
Flight Check-In
Check with your carrier for specific rules and regulations. Generally a
traveler should allow a minimum of 2 hours in advance to check-in for domestic
flights and 3 hours before international flight departures.
Restricted Air Fares
Most fares involve restrictions. Always reconfirm with the airline before
changing or canceling any flights, as penalties will result.
Schedules
Flight changes can take place after you have purchased your ticket. Please
reconfirm domestic flights at least 48 before departure, and reconfirm
international flights 72 hours in advance of departure. Call your airline to
reconfirm reservations.
International Travel with Minors
Minors under 18 years of age must travel with the consent of both parents. If a
minor is traveling with only one parent, that parent must have a notarized
letter of consent from the absent parent, copy of sole custody document or
death certificate of absent parent. If a minor is traveling without either
legal parent, a notarized letter of consent must be signed by both parents. All
children, including infants, require government issued long form birth
certificates with raised seal or passport, and a government issued photo ID is
required for all travelers over the age of 18, with a government issued long
form birth certificate with raised seal or a passport.
International Baggage Allowance
International baggage allowances are more restrictive than domestic baggage
allowances. International baggage allowance will vary by the destinations you
are visiting, total weight and combined dimensions, and class of air service
purchased. Check with the specific airline websites or call your international
airline for specific luggage restrictions before you travel. Baggage that
exceeds airline specifications in weight, dimensions, and allowable pieces,
will result in substantial penalties.
